About SEE Solutions

"As a former Dean of Admission, there were many days where I wished I could duplicate myself to tackle all the strategic priorities, complex projects, and innovations, alongside the development and management of my team. Now through SEE Solutions, I get to do just that for enrollment teams. Whether you need more capacity to tackle implementation of a strategic goal, more bandwidth to go in the weeds with team members to improve a process, or you crave a thought-partner as you tackle the challenges of today’s enrollment landscape, I can jump in and hit the ground running to support you and your team."

About Liz

In 13 years at Northeastern University, including serving as Assistant Vice President of Enrollment and Dean of Admissions, Liz created innovative, industry-leading solutions for complex enrollment and education challenges that the university faced. As a sought-after voice in the enrollment management space and highly engaged national leader, Liz has her finger on the pulse of the broader enrollment environment and the challenges faced by higher education institutions.

After beginning her admissions career in the Undergraduate Admissions Office at Stonehill College (a small, Catholic college outside of Boston), she joined the Northeastern staff in 2009, where she was responsible for the evaluation and selection process for an applicant pool of over 90,000, marketing strategy for undergraduate admissions, a visitor center that welcomed nearly 100,000 people annually, and the recruitment strategy for the University which took admission officers to over 40 states and 60 countries annually.

Liz has been heavily involved in regional and national professional associations, including presenting at conferences and previously serving as the Chair of the NACAC Admission Practices Committee, overseeing best practices and ethics of the college admissions profession. Liz enjoys public speaking and has delivered numerous keynote addresses to campus partners and to students and parents at secondary schools across the country. She also has served on the Higher Education Advisory Board for the Mastery Transcript Consortium. Liz received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Boston College and Masters in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University.
